Dis sux.. Can't drive for a couple days
There's something wrong here.. I'm 20 and I have a back spasm. Last night, bent kinda funny when picking up my Rat Terrier named Rupert.. He's about 10 lbs. I was stuck on the floor for 3 hours and eventually scooted myself to the couch thanks to my girlfriend. Getting to the bedroom was a whole other story.. 10 minutes of horrible pain crouched over, supporting my upper body with my hands on my knees, inching to the bed. My left leg won't work good enough to use the clutch.. This is going to drive me insane. The only other time I've went without driving was for 1 day when I was lazily clearing my headlights. Someone shoot me!!
AWWW!! thats so sad! Sorry to hear it! You've been to a doctor for it, havent you?
I know what you mean, I was pissed when I ran over a screw and had to get my tire patched. And that was only like a an hour wait! (got my oil changed too while I was there)
Hope ya feel better!!

dude i know exactly how you feel. my back spazzes every once in a while if im not careful. I'f you get it as bad as me you'll probably want to avoid every getting them again. what i suggest is exercise. it worked for me... since i started working out, i havent had a back problem. and its been close to 4 years now. you dont have to bulk up. just keep your back and stomach muscles conditioned. of course you have to talk to your doctor about this first but i just thought id share that with you since ive been there.
good luck...

Well, both my boss and my dad have had the same thing happen to them. My dad told me what the symptoms would be and they perfectly match up. I haven't gone to the doctor. They will just give me some muscle relaxers and charge me $3000. There's alternate means to relaxing muscles...
I will start getting more exercise after this...

No.. I refuse to get insurance. There's a clinic down here that does this stuff for free if you don't have insurance. Plus, the only other time I've been to the doctors was for a minor operation. I've never had to go other than that.. maybe it's just cause I hate doctors. You go there, you wait 3 hours, he sees you for 5 minutes, he prescribes something that won't really help and sometimes charges you 3 legs and an arm.
dude thats really tight to hear
u should take ur body over to a hospital to check urself out
it might look like a dumb thing to do now but u will thank yourself later on!!!
get to it man.
