some lil punk kid hit my car today and it was totally his fault but da cops didn't do shiz and they gonna leave up to insurance companies....i was turning right and he put his turn signal on like 20 feet before the light so i go head and turn and im friggin most of the way in teh intersection and ihear some screeching and the fugger hit me right in the back driver side where da tire is...he musta been givin his boy friend some action not to see me in time???? but the back side of bumper is pushed in and scrathced to shiz and my rim is scrathed up and is missin a chunck out of it...i think the rim is bent or suspension fugged cuz my car was a smooth ride and now even on the smootherst of roads there is the some lil bumpin goin on...so tomorrow i go and see whats gonna happen on who they gonna blame it on cuz the cops said it was his fault for turn signal and my fault for not makin sure he turn so they'd have to give both of us a ticket and they didn't want to so our insurance companies gonna fight over who is gettin screwed [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

But since you were hit from behind, I hope you got that guy's contact info just in case you have to sue, and yeah... going through the insurance company means you most likely are gonna have to keep THEM on their toes to help you. (Why are insurance companies, so goddamn lazy?)

Rep Power: 0 the insurance companies will give you a hell of a time trying to get your money. they took more than 4 months to get me my money, and it was determined at the scene that it was the other person's fault. that's why we don't have 21st century anymore. my friend was injured for real in my accident and they wouldn't pay the medical untill he filled out almost 30 pages of forms and crap. the worst part is that both me and the crazy old b1tch that hit me had 21st century and they couldn't figure out how to deal with themselves. anyways, i hope you get your cash quick from that little fruit.

been sited for...
1. Driving to fast for conditions
2. Following to close
and if he tried to say that his brakes failed, then he would have also been sited for
3. Defective equipment
You should goto that officers Lieutenant and complain about that officers actions and judgement.
They still have the right to give a sitation to the party at fault up to 30 days after the actual accident.
Or that is how it works in GA.
