Paint code/Color Code

Does anyone know how I can find honda's paint color code?
I have what they call magnesium grey and dont want a body
shop to mix colors to match stock parts..

It is on your door. There is a BIG sticker that gives you the paint code and the vin number.

you'll also need to provide the VIN, that tells a paint shop where the car was painted.

It couldn't tell it exactly where, just the country. Anyways, why would they need to know this?

not every place is going to paint the car to the exact same as another from a different factory. when i had to get paint for my car they needed the VIN to know which factory it came from.
