I read how they expected it to come out in 2007 and Toyota was going to put it under the Lexus name to help boost their profits. It said how they wanted the 'new supra' to dominate almost everything out on the road which is why it costs so much, but is really fast to pay for it. The car in that video was just a test model (duh!) but the wing on the back was just to test out different patterns for the best functionality...
If I can dig up the magazine I'll let you guys know, but it definitely is the next supra

If that car is going to be around $100k then no matter how fast it is it can never be the next Supra. THe TT Supras were around $40k I think new? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Rep Power: 263 Guys, i don't think the difference in price means anything... I've read in a lot of magazines that toyota had supra in mind when they were building this car. Considering its a lexus and has 500hp, a price tag of a little more than $100K is not bad at all.
