Help Please ASAP

I live in Canada and we are required to have DRL in our cars. I took my civic in to get a new deck put in. When I drove away the following happened:
1. The dRl indicator was on.
2. Neither DRL is working.
3. Both Drl fuses are blown.

I replaced the fuses, but they still dont work. The stereo people said it has nothing to do with them. Its a problem with the car. They said the setero wiring has nothing to do with the lights. What should I do? I have been there countless times. Daytime running lights

they are required to document all the visible problems with the car when it comes in. If they didn't document that before they started work on it, it is their fault, and they are required to fix it.

That should only work for a few minutes. If the light comes on all the time when the car is turned out. It'll do the same until the process is ignitiated.

Both small amperage fuses are feeding into the control unit for the DRL, I think I would be consulting the installing company on this matter.
