GM lost 1.5 Billion, drop of 1.95$/share, worst in history
In the first quarter of 2005 GM lost 1.5 Billion, and GM share dripped 1.95$. This is the worst in any auto-maker history. 
Directors in GM blame on the fact that the company has to feed too many retired emplyees.
Analysts determine it is due to their lost in the market share and bad quality of products. As result, the company is not able to cover emplyee's retirement fund.
Analysts also believe that the company should not blame on the retired employees as they contributed in the company shares and group retirement fund while they were a working force.

Also, apparently they were already factored into the equation.
GM just lost a bunch of money because of their inferior products. They tried to extend a product line TOO long and the quality and price went out with their products. They have only recently began to make decent/good quality products, however, I also think they manage too many brands.

Rep Power: 330 lol, sucks for gm. toyota has been dominating overall vehicle sales for the past 2 years, looks like people are wising up. time for honda to join toyota though
