Considering a rear spoiler for your ride? In addition to increased performance, this model offers a 10-inch profile so you'll stand out from the crowd. Check it out

i think it is a well written article for introducing our scene to people who have no exposure to it... WE think its retarded, but for someone who may not be into it, it's best to cover the basics of WHAT THEY WILL ACTUALLY SEE.
A sleeper integra could drive by and someone who knows nothing about imports would think it's mufflers broken. Whereas introducing some of the flashier aspects of tuning will perk the interest of this articles targeted audience. I mean, c'mon... who DIDN'T think the Supra from the first FnF was sick? Its old news now, but when it first came out it was awsome.
To people who don't follow this sort of thing, it's best to catch them with flashy cars, then once they are interested, then they can get as far or as little into it as possible. An article that talks about how its cool to make your car blend in wouldn't attract many readers into exploring further. The article may have pictures of outdated cars and styles but it still remains to be an effective explanation to someone who knows nothing of import tuning.
