fog in headlight

quick question.. i have blacked out headlights and they are sealed. However, bout 3 weeks ago i was washing my car and my turn signal socket wasn't pluged it (i was changing the bulbs). And water got into the headlight and i pluged it back in. And now its foggy! Since the headlight is sealed, how should i go about getting the water out. Will putting a blow drying into the headlight work? thanks

Vantage should not be trusted
or just take out the bulb on a nice hot day, and leave it alone for a while let it evaporate, then put back in the bulb.
