Looks like the new picture layout system has slightly changed the encoding for the files.. Look into your ride gallery and grab the new img tags. Then check your profile and modify the information within the img tags of your signature as you still have it in your member rides - as shown below.

basically has to change from

to
{img}http://www.7thgencivic.com/memberrides/data/3565/medium/24515ACURA-EL-BANNER2.jpg{/img}
