just curious on the specs of these cars...a buddie of mine at work keeps talkin **** about my vic. sayin its a "*****" car......*blink* he's owns a Mitsubichi (sp*) O.Z ...he dosnt have the ***** to race me...so he put up some of his friends.....there cars are. 1993 Nissan Z non turbo.
tell your buddie to stop being a chicken **** and race you in his car not a friends or his mommy's car HIS car not to mention i'm sure you'll just waste your time and get made fun of when you lose to the Z i have no specs but but last time i checked a Z was faster than my car but i'm sure someone here has beaten one, not me. oh and slap him because his lancer o.z editon is a ***** car too
The Z probably has like 200 hp and its really really heavy he still beat you. The new elantras have 150 and dohc they are quick my friend has one and they are fast. you will beat his mitsubishi tell him not to be a faggit and race you.
There is no substitute

The Elantra is fairly quick, but then again it has variable valve timing and 2L of displacement. It has 138hp (132hp for SULEV), which is nothing to sneeze at. However, the Elantra weighs about 150 lbs more than a Civic. It's faster anyways.

The OZ Lancer is quite slow. It only makes 120hp out of a 2L block, and it's even heavier than the Elantra by about 50 lbs.

The OZ Lancer is pure *****.
