seems like . but im not gonna call bs yet. but some pics will justify your claims. historically, the ATR has been the slowest type R, excluding the nsx type r, the civic and integra has been doing better with track times. Euro Accord Type R packs a K20A under the hood. Peak hp is 220. Check the linky

the accord euro R is the TL not tsx im not sure exactly why its the euro" R but it might be due to the italian inspired design. (i quote all motor trend type magazines)

No offence, but your friend is full of . There's no way it can take out those cars without a turbo.... maybe after its installed, but not without it. The freakin' turbo in the Evo is bigger than my head!!! The evo will do laps around your friends car.

Um It cant be TL cause TL sports a V6 (right? I6?) TSX is 4 banger!
I doubt the type R will be a huge luxurious TL too since its a lil more weight than the already heavy TSX

i just checked honda.co.jp yes the tsx is the euro accord r. but i think its retarded that honda put a r badge on an accord with 200hp BOOO! and luxurious has nothing to do with it cus theres not much diff between the two cars (tsx tl) and in the integra the type r is infact more luxurious with the leather and more options

LOL leather doesnt top the like bajillion features, wood trim, rich-b*tch look of the TL interior. Im sorry but
RL=Sports Sedan
TSX = weaker sports sedan
TL=luxury sedan (sporty cause its an acura)
RSX = sport coupe

wuteva dude im not gonna sit here and argue about hondas thought process because i guarantee neither of us know nor will we come to an agreement. but the fact of the matter is that theres no reason honda cant do it. they then could compete with some of the german competitors. mercedes does sporty upgrades to top of the line cars.

I am saying what I see these cars as for the american market. what is wrong with what I said? TL is a definite luxury sedan especially since everyone i see in them is rich and stuck up...my kind of people .
anyway most ppl i see in TSXs are like younger and want more of a sporty car and less luxury but still a good amound of luxury and the convience of a 4 door.
What am I saying that is wrong here? Just want to know. believe me im not (trying to) arguing with you

TSX=The SeXed up accord

i dont think you said anything wrong i just think there is no reason that the tl couldnt be a type r just cus its big and luxurious (its far from huge)
i was wrong about which one actually was the accord but i dont agree with the reasoning you had.
i dont think rich and stuck up has anything to do with the tl being sporty or not. besides its not expensive enough for the owner to have a reason to be stuck up. the styling is sporty
the tsx, yea i see a bunch of younger people in them too usually just a couple years out of high school. and normally those kids think there the next bill gates but w/e.

The red car is the current generation Euro Accord which is the same as the Acura TSX. The black car is the previous generation Euro R Accord powered by H22 pumping 220hp.
