To me, the current VW, Corolla and Focus all look the same as the 7th Gen 'vics. All the sub compacts in this class has the same shape, you have to look pretty hard at the details to see the difference. Gone are the days where you can tell a model from a mile away unless you move up a few price levels.

i aint tryin to rip on people but lets face it cars look similiar now adays. just because a shape is a little like another one doesnt mean the look alike (whole car) those two cars look nothing alike. look at body lines and roof lines. those headlights and tailights look absolutely nothing like each other and none of the rest of the car looks similiar. germans are always ahed in car design i doubt a german company (european for the matter) will ever copy an asian company.

2006 SI is supposed to rock a k20a2 w/ 200 hp and after that some crazy **** that will never make the market such as 18? inch alloys and brembo brakes. hidden exhaust comin out of the bumper and that crazy thin park bench style spoiler. (it was just a concept for sema though)
