im in school right now so im pretty strapped for cash. my last day is april 29th and i will have 4.5 months to work. im estimating 5g's over this time period with about 4thousand of those 5 for me to spend. so if you had a 2002 lx coupe 5spd. what would you do with 4thousand dollars.????

Any spare cash woudl go to the civic fund which when met will buy an eg hatch, suspension, front/rear sways, B16, super charger, and clutch. Are you giving out some cash. ne ways 4g's huh? I say put in a audio/video system and save the rest for something else like a trip somewhere. If not just get a turbo too if it makes you that happy

I hate to say it, but I would pay off my debt with 4K. If I was younger, I would blow it, but now that I am older, my credit and school is more important right now.

Well said, older and wiser one. My breakdown of 4K is easy: half goes to the last of my CC debt, 1K to savings, last thousand goes to the broker for retirement.

well im alset with audio for now and dont want video. i might spend like 700 on subwoofers though i dont have any as of now. ive got the cosmetic things i want all thats left is lip kit. i got rims dont want coilovers. probly gonna get hid's off impulse dont want turbo.... so all in all thanks for the suggestions they helped so im probly gonna spend like 1500 bucks on car the rest in bank .... school is tough on the wallet. 8 bucks a day just for lunch and a dollar an hour for parking

If i had the 4k i would save your money and not put it into your car, i would put 4k down for a new sportbike or something, get a new gixxer or r6 or something of your choice. Thats what I did, I got a 4k check from some **** that got stolen from me, i could have either dropped it into my 04 ex coupe, but i chose to put it into a bike instead. The best investment, especially with gas prices on the rise. The car is a civic, it wont be fast, they are slower than **** and getting a bike is fast as hell. You'll have the best of both worlds, a great reliable car to get you around that looks nice and rides nice, plus you'll have a sportbike to fuflill you need for speed craving. You can beat most of anything that comes up against you. Not only that you get great gas mileage, chicks dig them, they haul *** and there is nothing better to do than to go out on a cruise on a sunday afternoon.

Thats what I would do, because I did do it and I was in the same situation you were and i'm glad i did it! or you could invest it and put it towards other loans/bills/house ect..

Since 4k is not enough to get an k20a2 swaped in, I would look for a good deal on an a3 swap and an a2 head.

i would pay off my credit card debt, (only about 2 grand) then save the rest, maybe pay off 1000 on the car loan.
