Rep Power: 0 whoa! I didn't expect this type of response.... For the record, I now live in Japan working for da U.S. Marine Corps. Once I am able to leave base, I'll start my search for junkyards and Honda dealers to see what I can get how prices. I guess I'll need to find a good friend out in town. But yeah, I'll be here for 2 years and when I go back to the states, I get a 5000 lbs "allowance" to ship "household goods" for free. So you can bet I'll take advantage of that. Once I get my computer from the States, I'll post some pics of the cars here... like the R33 I saw today or the RX-8 sitting in front of my barracks. Also, there is a Skyline GTS that someone is selling for $2500 that I think I'll get just so I can say that I've own a Skyline.... Well until next time.....

Rep Power: 0 Well i hooked up with some guys I went to school with back in the States and I think we are all going out this weekend (they've been here for bout 2 months). I was doin some searchin on the Honda Japan website and didn't see an RS model for the new 7th gen style or HIDs for it either. But I did find a list of dealers in the Hiroshima and Iwakuni areas so I'm gonna have to check them out sometime to see prices...

A friend of mine is planning on going to japan later on in the year ....he already got it all planned out and everything gonna be like $4,000 for 14 days and that includes flight from florida to japan. 10 days with a interputer and hotel stay for 14 days.

Rep Power: 0 No the HID's are not stock but when the 7th gen came out in 2001, it was an option (I remember seeing them on the site). I don't know if the 04+ have that option but when I go out in town to the dealer I will ask. I did see a dealer today and caught a quick glace at a Civic Type-R as the train passed it..... Nice..... I'll keep ya'll posted so you know when I actually locate parts for the cars... Got a 4 day weekend supposedly neext weekend so that should net me some parts or prices....
