What to add first?

I have just turned 16 and just got my moms 2002 civic lx. It is a sohc with auto trans. The car is has all factory parts. What should I do first in my modification process?

anything you want. welcome to the boards. you will be told to search, but honestly, you have to pick a direction, ie. looks, speed, handling, I.C.E. etc.
how much are you willing to spend?
if you're like most of us, youll cover one or two of those types of modding. Most commonly youll find looks and handling, since these enhance the car at a relatively reasonable cost. Speed, two words: swap or turbo.

sell it and get a faster car before the value goes down anymore...haha j/p man....start with intake/header or exhaust
