My parents are Pakistani, and when I went over there last summer i saw alot of those... and believe it or not people mod them like crazy over there, The Honda City is basically what the civic is to America (small gas efficient vehicle), and also the Civic itself is considered an upscale vehicle there, and they come with much more features then the American spec Civic they have leather interior, standard Alloy wheels, Rear discs instead of drums, and vtec is a standard option, the only thing that is bad about the Asian spec Civics in Pakistan is that they dont come with dual Airbags... drivers side is standard and passenger side is a whole seperate option, and Side airbags dont even exist LOL...

Could you even cary more than two people in it? I would think that it would not have enough power to pull all of that weight.
