Quote: 69' Camaros might weigh a ton, but how much power did they put out? Probably a ton as well.

As for people can't be tight with money these days, welcome to debt and bankruptcy in the future.
those cars weigh almost 2 tons and put out about half a ton of hp/torque .

Quote: It was looking freaking sweet.... Oh yeah im used to those monsters like 69' Camaros that weight A TON and run very fast times.... Im just used to all that I guess. And it shouldnt be a big jump from a I4 to a v6.... Shouldnt be that big of a diff. People cant be tight with money these days. C'mon now...lol. So yeah. I wouldnt strip my car down just to go faster. I rather look good in leather interior and go fast at the same time.
ha id rather throw in a roll cage and only have 2 seats than have leather anything! leather=
I know thats spinning what you said a little but you get my point.

What I want to know is why everyone thinks this car is ugly yet everybody praises the WRX STI.The Sti to me is one of the ugliest cars being produced.Does everybody just read the numbers and forget about everything else.I think if you want a race, car buy a race car, none of these cars are meant to be raced on the streets any way.BTW-The new STI is going to look worse than the current one.

yes inline 5, there is a huge difference, you cant make an odd numbered v-style engine becasuse of the odd weight and balancing it would mess everything up, although its possible to make a v6,v8 and cut off a few cylinders electronically at highway speeds because there is still the weight of the pistons in the other cylinders balancing everything out.

It looks okay...the concept looked a helluva lot better. My main gripe with it is...

why all that power to the WRONG WHEELS?!?!? I hope a GS-X is in the future.
