Which suspension parts?

OK, I want to lower my car. I am thinking about 2" all around, but I'm getting coiolvers just in case it's too low. What coilovers should I get? Which camber kits? Anyone have links to online stores with good prices. Don't have to be name brand, just cheap stuff that'll hold up for a few years. I also need the name of a few places in LA that will install this stuff for real cheap.

Best coilovers available are Ground Controls. Then it depends on which Camber Kits you want, either Ingalls or Eibach. You should be able to get the Ground Controls for around 300-350, and the camber kits, all 4 wheels for around 200. I don't live in LA anymore, couldn't give you any ideas on where to take it for installation.

I wouldn't get coilovers...but that's just my opinion. For a 2 inch drop, your best bet would be to get some adjustable Konis and the Eibach
sportlines. If you do get coilovers, eventually you will regret it. Everyone I have ever know that had coilovers loved them at first then took them off with a hateful passion !! But like I said, just my opinion.

Well, since I am not even sure how much of a drop I want, I want to get some cheap setup to start with and then in a year or two when I have the cash, I can get myself some Koni's and the Eibach's.

Umm, Ground Controls are Eibach springs, just with an adjustable sleeve. I don't have any trouble with mine either, and I'd say 50% of the people I know with imports have Ground Controls. I do agree with getting the Koni's or any aftermarket struts, but Konis are the only ones out right now.

Yes, you are correct on the "cheap" coil overs being inexpensive. They do not cost 1200+ like a "full" coil over would(such as NEX). I just spent 350 on the GC's, and 550 on the Koni's, I now have a "full" coil over for a lot less than 1200.

Either way you decide to go, just a set of springs, or a set of adjustable springs, or a set of complete coil overs, just make sure you go with Eibach.
