will I just got this e-mail from him "I have a problem with your wheel order. The wheels seem to be out of stock
the 4 lug wheel boxes had 5 lug wheels in them. and I will not get any more
in for two weeks. you can get a different set or wait for them to come in or
I can just refund your money. I am sorry about this if you would like to talk
to me about this call me" well the rim in the pic is a universio rim right??

Well.. the seller has by eBay terms commited an exeption to the biding legal contract.. I feel sorry for you if you payed via money order.. cause they deduct money for returns, I have a feeling you might get ripped off for some grimey fees here or there whichever way you attempt to retrieve the money(s). I will pray for you as it appears you have been nothin more then a Christmas-time related hustled victim of crime. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG] JUST KIDDING.
lol.. actually the sellers seems somewhat compromising, those are nice rims... but evidently the lug patterns show for '5 lugs' not four. Report it to eBay.. but if you still want the rims, go ahead with the deal.. otherwise try contacting the guy, as calling could be long distance and rais your phone bill..[I always contact via email, try to avoid trouble].. if your suspicion persists of fraud possibilities from the dukmb jerk who sold you the rims, then I'd advise you to check with your local law enforcers. Call the army if you have to!! lol jk

I agree...try to resolve it via email. But 2 weeks is not too long to wait. I would wait and see what happens. But keep a record of anything and everything to back u up just in case

but waiting also losing evidence, because ebay only keeps the page up for x amount of time

but if you already sent him the money, and you want those rims, i agree wait for the 2 weeks and wait for what happens
