question about ordered items

how long does it take for an item to come in the mail? i been waiting for my springs for about 4 or 5 days already. it says something about backorder. when will i get it? i ordered from options auto salon.

usually takes about 1 - 1&1/2 week for delivery if it's in stock and ground shipping, longer if it's backordered

u should call and ask them when the product will get in cuz backorder means they dont have it in stock but they are suppose to get a shipment. so call them up and ask then after that expect like a week more cuz of shipping to ur house. if its backordered and not gonna come in for a while or they dont want to tell you then just cancel your order and go order somewhere else.
