yes your right, sr20det (red top silver top and black top) > k20a (a2 and a3), but swapping sr20det for qr motor is not an easy task, so with the engine and tranny, axles, ecu and all that **** it will cost you around 6-8k, now swapping k20a2 for a d17, now you can do it for like 4k so you still got those 2 k to playaround with. IMO civic's looks > sentra's looks

SR20s are pretty much bullet proof, but it is like swapping a b18 into a 7thgen. You do it because there are lots of parts and you know what to do, but the technology isn't nearly as sophisticated as the QR25 or the K20.
