Aiming stock headlight?

Is it as simple as just a screw turning??? The dealership who did my body work I guess never took the time to aim the new head light. FYI I got in an accident months ago, got a new head light.

wait... sorry about the triple post but... thats DIY doesn't work for me. The 04 head lights are different. And in my manual it just tells me to have a certified honda professional aim my headlights.
