Sport Compact Car Magazine Feedback

- What would make you buy SCC every month?
- What does SCC do that you don’t like?
- How are we unique relative to our competitors?
- Would you recommend us to a friend?
- How likely are you to subscribe?
- How are we delivering on the Honda Civic?
- What would you like to see on that particular model?

-- if as many of you could respond to this, Sport Compact Car would greatly appreciate it--

- I'd buy it everytime!! (but pics of chicks and cars bring me back ^_^)
- don't respond to emails even if its trivial...you should respond cause we're fans!!
- You can be by taking on more projects from fans, or initiating your own build projects or what not, and not only follow up on the most current ones
- yes
- already am
- not very well...there's little to almost no converage on the 7th gen civics, except for that one article on the k20 swap
- more crazy stuff, like AWD conversion, twin turbo'ed k20, or other engine swaps into the 7th gen that make us drooooooool. Or you guys can take my beater 01 civic and make it a BEAST!!! lol /jk

good luck to u guys!! keep up the good work

- Cheaper prices.
- I can't think of anything off the top of my head right now.
- You guys supply better quality articles.
- Yeah.
- Not very since I see if you have anything interesting before I buy each mag.
- Ok, but the Si is a small percentage of the Civic range.
- more newer non-Si Civics

I've been subscribed to scc since february 2002, just because I got a 1 year subscription for 10 bucks. Bang for your buck if you ask me.

how about more slow car tech. not just 7th gen civics but carollas and base sentras too. base Jetta stuff, hundai elantra stuff, base lancer stuff. Not a ton of it but some tech and parts test would be great for all of us who cant afford an STi or EVO8. I know that stuff sells mags real well but a few pages in the back might get alot of poor tunner kids to buy the thing instead of flipping through it on the rack at the market while they are shopping for discount baby diapers. Other then that I love you guys

jttegx has a spectacular aura aboutjttegx has a spectacular aura about
pretty much the featured cars should be the cars that are most common on the road and/or most popular.
STi, Evo, rsx, civic si/coupe, tsx, wrx, celica, etc.
way too many ads, the magazine(s) are thick with pages but over half are the same ads used from previous months.

I like your magazine for the most part. I feel there is to many adds, I am sure this not something you can chage though. I agree with alot of the other people here more 7th gen, I look at every picture even the ones that you take at shows. Can you really tell there is never even a 7th gen civic at any of the shows you guys do? As far as what you can do to set you apart from the compition, pick up a recent issue of import racer and read it. Not only are they doing an AMERICAN built motor series for imports, They recently had a 4 page lay out on the a stock accord. THese are just some example of chaces IMO. I know I will keep reading there mag, and yours for that matter but Ya I'd like to see a 7th gen some where besides an add! there is a few really nice ones here on the site if you look around!!!!!!!!!!!!! hint hint

I think you have a great magazine. I feel that I get more tech and less fluff when I buy your magazine. I could care less about car show coverage. I think like others here, I personally get a little bored with the flood of EVO and STI coverage out there. Those cars are great but if I were to buy one, I wouldn't have money left to mod it. As someone who is about to install and tune a custom turbo kit, I would love it if someone would do more articles on ECU tuning.

awesome magazine. i have been a subscriber for the past 2 years and would highly recommend it to anyone. any like everyone else says, it would be nice to see some 7thgen civics (no Si models) featured in the magazine as well.

it's a good magazine for the most part, don't like when you put in non us spec cars though, more 7th gen civic, more domestic cars, get the new ones in there not these old ones that are souped up.

SCC is my favourite magazine out there. Most of the other mags out there have changed and now mostly focus on show cars or race cars (ie. Import Tuner and Super Street). I prefer the cleaner/more real world street cars that are featured in SCC, which is why it is the only performance mag I now buy along with Honda Tuning.

I was subscribed from 1997 to 2002, it was very good to read, nice tech articles, but I kinda lost interest as years passed. Still have most of the issues if someone is interested.

SCC has stays true to car enthusiasts....
Back in like 2000, I used read SUper Street and a little of Import Tuner.... I had read Super Street over the summer and Import Tuner this week, and both have gone down the drain. SS has soooo many ads... and import tuner is a bit thicker than past issues, but it's more of the same junk that ruins ppl's minds.
