Rep Power: 288 im thinking you could possibly out run the lambo cop in a civic if he was all by himself. assuming hes just following you, it wont matter how fast youre going unless he tries to stop you with other things such as a road block. heres my logic, its not about the speed, but more of an endurance thing, make him follow you until he runs out of gas (he will run out before us). then when hes spending his 15 mins filling up, you drive off somewhere, he wont be able to find you.

Rep Power: 0 I remeber about 15 or so years ago the San Diego base for California Highway Patrol Had at least 1 Porsche 930 Turbo. they painted it black and white and everything, I think they got it because this guy robbed two banks, and took off in a Corvette, the cops couldn't cath him. In Orange County I saw a newer Model Camaro all white with chp decals on the doors, pulled some guy over.

Like mentioned however, very few cars can outrun/handle that car once it is already moving. You can try to run and see how far you can get before they catch you.
