Haha, "econobox." That's awesome, shmik1.
Honestly, though, 115-120hp isn't a lot in the long run, but it gets me from point A to point B and I think I look pretty damn good while I'm doing it, so I will take it.
Also, one of my buddies just got a '99 Monte Carlo and I asked him what his fuel economy was like. He thought between 20-22mpg. I just loving shoving my 34 in those people's faces. Especially with fuel prices as they are.

hahaha I thought that title was funny. Then I realized that we were talking about the base car, which is actually pretty good compared to some of its competition.
My friend and I were car shopping and she asked how much power the new xA and the xB had and their price, I told her she could get a new Civic for the same amount and it would have more power. She really is considering between a Corolla and a Civic sedan. When we saw the Tc however... now that's a totally different story.

The words "powerful" and "115-hp, 1.7-liter, SOHC 4-cylinder engine" should never be used in the same sentence. I would've used "economical", or "justifiable".

The Civic Value Package sports a justifiable 115-hp, 1.7-liter, SOHC 4-cylinder engine.

haha, d17 and power can never be in the same sentence together.
It would be powerful if the civic weighed 1000lbs. Anyone for some weight reduction?
