7th gen is too slow

Everytime I street race in my 2000 civic SI with turbo/nos/suspension it feels so fast and fun to drive. Then I go drive the 7thgen with boltons and I can barely get it up to speed and cornering is terrible.

what do u expect its an economy car, sometimes i do get sad too cuz its not as fast as other cars, but atleast it looks better then most cars out there

Yeah, they're slow. I bet Honda will release a quicker Jazz or Fit whatever they name it.

But older cars had so much room for improvement. They over-engineered the Civic to be a fuel-efficient car.

I knew it's slow before I bought it, but it's a good looking car imo, as well as if you wanna be fast, you can swap a k20 in or turbo whatsoever, by doing some math caculation, in speed =(7thgencivic + turbo >= M3)...lol, on the other hand, in price =(7thgencivic's price+turbo<M3)...so, happy to all 7thgencivic owners, we got a nice engine bay for swapping some monsters or a low fuel economy car! yeah yeah yeah!!
