How much is this worth?

Hey guys....

Im having a helluva time selling my effin car. Why am I not getting emails or calls on this car. go to see my ride, and check out the pics. the car is in pristin condition. there are no motor upgrades and the car is still under factory warrenty. I have spent well over 5 grand on this car and I still have had no interest in it. Its not an ugly car either. Am I asking to much? is it not as good lookin as I think it is? its a DX is that it? who knows... help me out. maybe i have some good marketing folks who can tell me how to do a better job at sellin this car... lemme know.

what would you guys put this car up for sale for? how much in other words...
I listed it at 14,000 and then 13,000. Still no interest. it books out at 12,000 and i have invested a lot into it.

Personally i think it might because no one wants a civic already done. if some 15 year old kid wants it for his b-day parents arent gonna buy it for him like that. Offer it wit the stock options on it and maybe part it out, thats just what i think, maybe lower the price to 12000 obo

Drive around slowly with a forsale sign. Someone is bound to see it. Park it near other places where people will easily see it...

My opinion is that cars that have been modded will usually sell for less than cars that are completely stock. The majority of people are looking to buy a stock car. Even people that are into modding usually want to start with a clean slate. Unless there is something spectacular about your car, expect less. Believe it or not, all that money you put in to it may end up hurting you in the end.

How much would you want the 18"s to go for? I have stock wheels/hubcaps, but no tires on them

sevenplaces is on a distinguished road
if you didnt do any eengine mods then how on earth did you put 5 grand into it. Also, 12k is way too high for a used 01 DX. Mods or not nobody will pay that much unless it was turbo'd or something. Better off parting out.

its a 2003...... first off... i put air conditioning into it which was a 1000... the kit was 1400 to buy paint and fit.... the wheels and tires were about 1200... i have full cat back exhaust sytem which was about 300.. i have tint and alarm installed 700.. an alpine cda 9813 HU which was 470. and i exagerated to make a round number on the value of the car. blue book is actually 11560 with my milage on kbb.com titled in PERFECT COND. I also have a $4000 stereo. So now you can see how there is that much invested. I know it sounds wrong to me too, but its true. if you have a kit and rims you probably have put in like 3500 or 4000 into a car..

The problem with any modified Car is that any time you add some thing thats not an OEM option, that car typically losses value (Rather then going up).

So, your probably only going to be able to get Blue book value out of the car... If that.
