UPS Sucks
UPS Sucks
UPS Sucks I have had more problems with that company. I have renamed them. Useless Piece of S@#$.
I ordered a cold air intake from one company, and strut bars from another company. both companies shipped via UPS. UPS tracking said that both packages had been dropped off at my house. I only got one.
I emailed the seller, he told me to contact ups, did that, turns out UPS dropped my strut bars off at a house about a mile from my house. they gave me the address.
UPS said too bad your problem. I went by that house this afternoon, and left a note. the person called me, and said they found the package, and will drop it off at my house tonight. UPS Sucks.

but how could UPS make such a bad mistake. my address starts with 7815 it was delivered to 6315 on a whole different street. what if it was like a Stradivarius violin or something? I guess you don't really have to know how to read to become a UPS Driver. that was a bad mistake. I was in the Army glad UPS isn't in charge of Artillery.

Um yeah the last ups package with my gamecube and games got left next to the apartment door on the stairs. I looked on the tag and it said signature required--oops.
isnt a signature required for a drop off? cause everytime i have something shipped via ups they always ask some to sign off or they'll take the package back and I have to call them for pick it up.

Also the other ones suck.
DHL-too lazy to get out of the van and ring door bell, so no package.
USPS-small box got lost in the mail forever
Fedex ground-out for delivery for 3 days before 1st attempt. If you're never home, you wait until they try 3 times before you can pickup from warehouse.

That didn't happen to me, but someone I know said he saw the van outside and went to wait by the door. The van drives off, and he checks the computer and sees delivery attempt made
Wow the UPS guys in your neighborhood must hate the job.
I've bought so many things from eBay I practically call my UPS delivery man by first name lol. The same person should have the same delivery area so always expect the same person to deliver your package.
FedEx - never wants to come by twice so the delivery man will hide it somewhere and leave a note. He thinks he's the Easter Bunny.

ROFL that's so great right there...
i haven't had any problems with ups/fedex at all...haven't had any experience with dhl thought...
just a thought ty.barrack, did you check if the address printed on the box was correct? cuz ive experienced shippers who give out the wrong addy to ups. oh well i guess theres not much you can do about it. for the price of ups, you still get tracking info and speedy delivery compared usps. and at least ups attempts to get packages delivered, if you lose something with usps, good luck tracking that stuff down.
We live in a small town, so it wouldn't be a good idea for our UPS guy to slack off. Everyone knows him, so if he did anything major like that, he'd get about 50+ complaints to his name. Man, sucks for you though, bro.

glad i never had problems with UPS but ****, that's their fault. you should have not gone thru the troubles of tracking down your misshipped package and pick it up yourself. maybe the guy is just flat out lazy, by all means be a bitch about it call UPS and tell them how irresponsible the delivery guy was. but then again, he might have just had a simple human error. you were lucky though, because the people who received your order are willing to give back your package and didn't kept it themselves. i know some people personally who had an early christmas present because of UPS, hahaha.

I dont like FedEx as much as UPS. UPS is always fast and on time. FedEx is on time for the most, but they deliver at 11:00 PM! Im sitting at home waiting for a stupid bomb *** package forever. UPS delivers by 1:00pm usually, very nice!

At least UPS was able to tell you where your package ended up. The last time I went to FedEx to ask about a lost shipment, they told me if it's not insured they don't care about it and they aren't going to spend the time to help me. They also said that if I wanted to complain that there was a form I could fill out, but nobody would ever read. UPS has delivered many, many packages to and from me and never lost or been late with one. I guess the moral of all that is to make sure people insure your orders. Good luck next time.

i work for ups and you have to cut them some slack i was driver helper and you have no clue what length these guys go to for there customers, it really gave me a newfound respect for them, they really go out of their way to make sure people get their stuff on time and in good shape, me and my driver (who just started as driver) put out 10 hour days and always made sure it got the right house, sometime mistakes happen somewhere in the shipping process, ups is just the middle man, the reason why fedex sucks is because they only do about 6 million packages a year as where ups does 14 million thats more than double, when you have a rep to hold up you make sure customers are happy, most people here have already said fedex sucks.
