Polk Audio MOMO Sub HELP!!!

Polk Audio MOMO Sub HELP!!! ok to the point. I have a polk Audio MOMO powered by a Kicker 600.1 nothing fancy and it was working fine until 2 days ago.
Now it goes on and off on any trip even while its stop. If i push the grill of the sub inwards the sub comes back on. I checked all possible connections thinking a connection could be loose
But no luck. Trust me i opened the enclosure and checked all possible connections and nothing. It works for about 2 seconds after i push the grill (or front of sub) and thens goes out again.
Is there a connection i'm missing?
Is my sub done for?
If anyone knows about this Please help
