Arrow oil change
ok. i changed my oil @ 18k to mobil 0-20w synthetic. I now have about 22k, so the question is, how long can i run on synthetic? stock car

i change my synth every 4-5k but i've gone as long as 6k

how long can you run on synthetic? or how many miles before you change?

theory is once you go on synthetic you can never go back. you should change every 8k miles (at least)...i try to change mines every 4k-5k.
