You DO realize that a lot of cops when heading to a call such as a robbery or similar problem will only use lights when there are other cars around or they need to break the law and have to warn other people that they are going to. THey then turn the lights off to avoid alerting the bad guys to there presense.

Rep Power: 0 The other day I had to put the spare tire on the front of my car and burns out tough. I was thinking I could barrow my friends civic spare and put two spares on the front and do some impressive burnouts... lol
