its seems that there alot of ricers on this forum. Ricers as in make car look cool but slow as bukkets! how come there are not as many fast cars as there are ricers on this site.

I'm not for looks either, but believe it or not some people prefer looks over performance. The civic is a good car for this, as it is difficult to get much power out of it without heavy modification. Ricer doesn't mean that your car is cool looking but slow. Rice is rice, nice is nice, and fast is fast.
