i was coming out of blockbuster. i was making a right. there was an advance green the other way. so i hesitated, then went around the corner. like 5min later i see a cop in my rearview. i pulled to the side, and he gave me a ticket for failing to stop on a red. $190 damn.

dude just go to court and plea for guilty, chances are they are gonna lower your fine and take off the points. its a win win situation.

yea dude take it to court...i dunno bout yalls laws out there but i know theres a law in va that says a cop must pull you over within 2 miles of the offense...im sure you had to have gone 2 miles in 5 minutes...unless that law doesnt exist there...if so...ignore

You can always goto court and ask for leniancy for your first offence and offer to take defensive driving and do some community service. Judges like people who are honest, dont bullshit and try and make things right.

I got 2 big tickets dropped totally as if they never existed for a day of defensive driving and 8 hours community service plus $90 in court costs. I got _damn_ lucky, but that day changed my life and my driving. So I feel good, because it was just what I needed to get my foot off my accel and my brane out of dumass mode.

I have since driven like an angel, much to the dismay of those aroudn me who are still driving like idiots.

I just got my 16th ticket on Saturday, 102MPH in a 65MPH, not too bad i guess!! anyway the fine =$245.76 and the best part I guess the funny thing is it's only a citation hahah no points, im 14/2 for points only got pulled over 2/16 for points the rest of them, citations i dunno how the hell thats possible.!!! I never got busted for red light or stopping tho, that sux man

I know, iv added my total up, iv paid $2,800 + to municipalities, i never learn my lesson i get pulled over two days later im doing same stuff, you gotta live tho, its like falling off your bike when your a kid, you gotta keep getting back on and doing it till you get better!!! haha but i dunno Sh*t happens!!

Yeah, Ive gotten like 14 tickets I think. At least 13. I forget the exact # though. I used to speed everywhere, and drive like an a**. I only have 1 point on my driving, and Ive only had to pay like 70 bucks total. I have been so freakin lucky. I havent gotten a ticket in like a year though. i drive good now.

I always go to defensive driving... I've been 3 times already and then a couple of other times had to do that deferred judification.. I think that is spelled right... hmm it is like probation for 90 days... both will waive the insurance going up and the defensive driving will also take your rate down in the insurance. Oh wait you are in Canada... I'm sure the laws are a bit different... I should delete all of this but oh wait to late... ahhh
