this new Skyline is twin turbo and rated at 270 hp in Japan. But in the US, itsabout 450 hp. Japan has HP laws and 272-273 hp is the max they can rate cars. However that is just a rating. It actually has more HP. Just like the EVO 8 and STi are rated at 270-271 hp. But if you dyno them they are much higher than the manufacturer's rating. Loop holes=sales=$$.

Just so you know, the Japanese Gentlemens Agreement which basically prohibited car manufacturers from coming out with cars in excess of 280hp on normality (Special Edition somehow got around) ended a couple of months ago and was not renewed so there is no more boundary.
