i live in texas. **** those bitches. i wouldve shot till they died. 'scaring' them off shouldnt be enough. catching or killing should be. defending your property shouldnt stop with them being a pu$$y. if theyre tryin to take/**** my **** and i can put a bullet between their eyes easy at 100 yrds off like a deer...i should be able to....

if your gonna shoot someone make sure you kill them while there own your property...that's how i see it...once there in the streets that's pretty much assault w/ deadly weapon right?

those punks got served. i would've done the same, but just 1 bullet per person =D bt to play it safe, i would've gone out with a bat, crowbar, some sort of weapon besides a firearm.

In Texas, i think you can shoot them if they are jacking your property. He might be in legal trouble but just get a good lawyer and some hicks in the jury and your free. also the fact he shot them in the legs could prove he is not guilty of assault.

Break both legs and tie them to the car they were trying to steal. Then duct tape their mouths shut, tie their hands behind their backs, spraypaint THIEF on their bare chests, and leave them out there (it's gettin pretty cold nowadays) in their underwear.

Rep Power: 564 we caught the two guys that broke into my ride a few years ago. It was the night after but we KNEW it was them and we caught them busting into someone else's car in the parking lot. I grabbed one and threw him against their car and my buddy grabbed the other and put him through the driver side window.

Only in America can you get shot breaking into someones house and then sue because you got shot.
Only in America can you break into someones garage and get trapped, and then sue because you had to live on dog food for 2 months while that person was out of town.
Only in America can you shake a coke machine cause it ate your dollar and sue because it fell on you.
However he could argue that they were violating one of his basic rights, that being the pursuit of happiness. Upon finding his car trashed the next morning he would undoubtly be unhappy. And to the best of my knowledge when you WILLINGLY violate a citizens rights, you are in turn forefiting your own. Now im not sure if the jury will rule that ones right to happiness is equal to anothers right to life.
