A stock 7th Gen with smoked headlights... **** the K20 (yeah, it's old news Malaysia gets them - and it's an automatic, which makes it slower than a 5-speed 1.7 anyway). I wish we got smoked headlights but that's Honda avoiding looking like Toyota (over in the States).

I thought this was funny how Malaysians see USA drivers, but the fact is that we all want to get rid of that red/orange illumination. And can you imagine everyone in Malaysia saying, "dang man, your car so Beng!" haha. I guess Americans are somewhat similar by saying, "your car is banging." Whatever...

Even if a Civic is not particular flashy, fast or loud when it leaves Honda’s factory, it does not take Ah Beng long to perfect the car. Just slap on a full complement of Mugen Power and Type-R stickers, complete with Japanese characters that one can’t make sense of, plus a set of humongous mufflers from Ah Heng Pakar Ekzos, and you have the archetypal Bengmobile ready for the pilgrimage to the Temple of VTEC (yes, there really is such a group).

Why would you think that it's slower than a 5-speed 1.7? Just because it's an automatic, doesn't mean it's slow. You people who think that a manual is the **** need to come down off your high horse. It has more power than the D17, it has 150 hp, you're a complete dumbass if you think it's slower than a 5-speed 1.7. Unless you're a pro, a 5-speed automatic is consistently faster than an equivalently powered 5-speed manual

lol.................probably lots cheaper over there........might also bring some OEM filter from indonesia....they're like Rp20.000 = $2 each...while it's $15 for 3 here..

this is bull they get all the nice cars. Honda is sooooo stupid they dont know the market they would have in the states if they brought that here. Every freakin kid would buy that. Now that toyota has trd and scion honda is stuck. Tc coupe with fctory supercharger puts it at 200hp+ under warranty for 3g's installed. get outa here. Soon as my payments are up im tradin the vic for a tc!
