Some lady rear ended me at a traffic light so i get out and tell her to pull over and she drives off! So I chase after her and try to get a licence plate number but I got nothing, luckly there is not to much damage but im not sure if Im going to report it to the insurance company.

Well I told her to pull into the nerby parking lot, there were alot of cars behind us, so I pull in shut the car down get out and i here some guy yellin hey hey! and pointing and i looked and i see her driving off, I was like were the **** is she going!!!!! So i sprinted after her for about 4 blocks until i lost sight of her. I called the cops and wrote a report with my gf.

OK hers the funny thing Im driving home with my gf and we see her behind us!!!!!!!!1 AAND SHE ALMOST REAR ENDED ME AGAIN HAHAHA so my gf got the licence plate and im proble gunna call the insurance tomorro . How funny is that!

You need witttnesses and evidence.. you need her insurence policy number. All they can do is herass her for money....can't go after her without policy number.
also plates do nothing for insurence company (stated above) sadly to take legal action on her you need driver license number if her vech seems to have no visible damage.
You can file a DMW form to get it from her putting her plates down stating she doesnt have a license.
I been there on this luckly I tricked the **** into giving me his information by calling them lucky I got their (real number) telling them I filed charges of hit and run and I reported to the dmv your son(was driver) was driving without a license. there is a form you can fill out for this... which you need to do!
they need to cough up it to you with a week I believe than you can finish the insurence information

dunno how it goes from there..did you call for a cop at the scene? should done that I didnt either and they told me couldnt help me much.

hopefully she panics and messes up like this guy who filed a claim against me hoping somehow he could lie his way out saying I magically swerved infront of him and braked . Too bad had 4 wittnesses and he got owned, admitting guilt at the scene before taking off. His son can't drive until hes like 21 now go me getting one ******* off the street. Get this father was a teacher at some highschool found out too!. Insurence people really helpfull she helped me nail him by explaining steps involved.

What was she driving by the way? I would of followed her home. My wife was hit by a lady in our parking lot and all my wife got was her name and number. I almost freaked! The number luckily worked but she ended up not having any documentation so she want us to file it against her husband. It's cool with us though to do that as long as their insurance will pay up.
