Thinking of a new car... Please give me your opinion.
Ok... This is going to be hard to explain but, I'll try.
Honestly, The civic is too slow for me and also too small (2dr).
The car that I' am thinking of getting is a WRX (auto). Dont start with the whole manual/auto thing... I dont want manual.
The situation that iam in is...
College... and gf = money
I went to some subaru dealerships and one of them said they would let me trade my car in for 10k, then I would have to pay 17k extra to get the wrx.
Would it be worth it?

dude get the wrx... Those cars haul some serious ***... but for a dodge neon srt 4 under 20k it is faster but more reliable... I don't know. Get the neon if you are short on funds... Those cars whip *** on all! My 2k1 civic is a little 2 slo for me as well... I will be hated here for saying it but when I get my car paid I'm trading it in for a gt mustang and whipping *** on all the civics

I feel u. I'm 6'4 and barely fit in my civic, to smal. Yesterday i got beat by my friend in his mom's 99 Chevy Lumina, to slow. But my grandfather is getting me an srt-4 if i come work with him for a year so i will be moving after this semester ends.

Rep Power: 812 Well if the civic doesn't make you happy anymore, it's time to get something else.You can always mod the wrx if you're still into that stuff. But imo, don't get it unless you can afford it.

well, right before I bought my civic, I was at the subaru dealer w/ my dad, and we were looking at the wrx. It was a black one w/ 5spd tranny. My dad doesn't like stick shift so he asked the salesperson if they had any automatic ones, and this guy started laughing saying YOU JUST DON'T BUY AN AUTO WRX!!!
anyways, I fell in love with the car, but I'm 6ft1 and the car was just too small for me, so I ended up w/ a 2 dr ex 5 spd.
I would say get the car but buy it 5spd not auto...or else you will regret it for the rest of your life..

The TSX is about the same price, you could get an 04 for cheaper if you can find one. The only thing the WRX has on it is AWD. Thread Starter
