The intake isn't bad at all. I've made intakes like that for cars... they work better most of the time, they cost a ton less, and you get to pick what kind of air filter you want to use.

The hood could be called rice, but at least the chicken wire isnt painted neon yellow.

If you call his car rice, you would have to call quite a few of the others who replied to this thread rice as well.

I still have respect for the guy, but now I don't have a lot of respect for some of you.

This thread should get locked or something.. The owner of this car has posted on here for a while and being a member on our site, he doesn't deserve this. His modifications on his car have absolutely nothing to do with us, really. I remember seeing a bunch of this guys posts and he seems like a pretty cool guy! So can someone PLEASE get rid of this thread? It's not that I just want to press the back button or anything so noone tell me that.. I feel guilty just READING this because I'm a member on this site. I'd like to appologize to the owner of this car for the bullshit comments that other people have made about it. Peace..

I know the member's name, but it would be rude for anyone to give it out. Anyway, I think its really ****ed up for some noob to just come on and start a thread like this. I mean if the guy posted up pictures of his ride on "Member's Rides", then it would be fine to post your opinions about his ride, BUT to just POST his pictures up and start calling him a ricer is totally uncalled for. Honestly, yeah, the guy's taste isn't the same as my taste, but I wouldn't go out and try to embarrass him like this. That's really ****ed up man.

I was reading this post as i was thinking, these pieces of crap are talking about my car, right, up until i heard the part about the "ram air" and then i knew it wasnt me... here's why i thought it was me... thats right, home depot!

haha holy ****, i guess i should read through all the pages before i post something at the end... haha you sh-t bags were posting about my intake... haha, well, yeah i did cut my hood and i did use sewer pipe for an intake, and my driver side fog light is dimmer than the passenger side and i have a bad oxygen sensor. i dont really think my hood vents are rice, they keep my engine like 2 marks cooler on my temp gauge. and my intake, well i dont open my hood when i go anywhere. yeah, whoever said "poor em2" dont say that, i take really good care of my em2, anyways the hood is about to go soon, once i get some additional funds im gonna get the cf hood from truehonda. you guys are ***-monkeys... -- Jeremy
