A ride with my Dad, he he!!...
Yesterday at night I got my Dad to ride with me on my car. LOL, he was like...lol...Slow down!! " This ain't the LOGOS!!"...lol... I guess because he drives a Chevy SUV he didn't think our cars could handle curves at way higher speeds(specially when you've done some upgrades on the car). He was like oh man, you really feel this car now. The Neuspeed USB(not the port, the bar
) really made a diference. Anyways, I just wanted to share that, it was fun having my Old Boy on the side while I rode

Man, for real?? Well, I can probably understand them because they usually don't like loud exhaust and low cars. That's what my Mom says, he he, but I was like whatever...
On the other side my Dad likes it when I'm working on my car. He comes to check it out and he gives me his advice and opinion. Yeah, sometimes two heads think better than one. You gotta love your folks wether they like your car or not though

. my dad hates modifications period. all the cars he've own were completely stock and still are. one day he told me not to buy that "garbage ****" meaning like kits, spoilers, all those body parts, and engine parts.
so im "stock", lip kit and lowered only so he can get off the nuts.

He he, yeah I know, our parents are like really concerned if we modify our cars even a little bit. My Mom was like, you shouldn't be doing that stuff to your car!!, it voids your warranty!!, OMG, I can't stand how loud that thing is, why is it so low??!! Oh GOD!!
I was like Mommy, I love you but this trailer gotta go, lol... she's partly right though(warranty wise that is). Oh well...I'm still gonna put all the stuff on my car I want, hell I'm the one paying for it

My dad likes my car. He thinks it looks sharp. He also bought my exhaust for my B-Day. He has a 2003 CTS on 20's, the car is a Sunburst copper color. Has a catback exhaust as well. It doesnt look like a rich guy would drive it, more like a young persons car. It is tight as hell. Pretty damn fast too.
my dad just laughs. he doesnt mind but he doesnt want me to "waste" my money on my cars. but i help his cars out so he cant say too much. ive done full i/h/e to 3 of his cars now. he had a pt non turbo but i got him to trade that in for a turbo model and got him i/e to help it along a lil. i want to get him a boost controler but i dont think he'd ever use it. but then he has 2 old schoolers. a 64 plymouth valiant/signet convertible full restored and a 65 dodge dart wagon. ive have been trying to get him to let me take the wagon and build it with a 440 hemi and a linked rear end fully tubbed and caged. but he seems to think itll be worth more stock. but i told him who cares are you putting a price on out relationship cause it would be a way for us to bond. but he still wont do it. oh well i spend too much money on this car and my truck anyway so another project car would probably put me in the hole.
Rich guy eh? Hmmm, must be nice...I wish I had someone to help me out buying mods for my car, but then again I would have gratitude debts with them so I'd rather spend my money and not someone elses. But hey, if it works for you bro, congrats!!

well my dad likes my car and so does my mom. but when i got my car they said i could do anyhting i want to it as long as i pay for it. only thing they bought was the cat-back exhaust. and random oil changes. they dont like that i had a kit on my car for a few weeks. so i took it off and im tryin to sell the full buddy club kit.
my dad really likes my car. he drives a new corolla so quite similar to his... he's always intrigued by how similar they are on the inside. mom doesnt like my driving but she doesnt like anyone's driving so that doesn't matter.
neither of them care for my tint, but they both love the maple leaf i put smack dab in the middle of the rear window.

my mom puts her arms out and acts like shes bracing for a crash, she also acts like she has a brake pedal on her side and slams it when i drive fast, lol.
My dad says I'm wasting my money and threw my warranty down the drain, but he likes that I've taken care of it and put pride into what I wanted to do with it. My mom likes what I done with it, she hated it stock. Neither one of them wants me to race and I've been "banned" from doing so.. yeah that worked well ^_^.
My father owned several mustangs and old Z's. When I was a kid he got an 88 RX-7 convertible that he eventually traded for a blue (93 or 94 not sure) RX-7 twin turbo which he gave to me when he bought an RL last year. He hated my civic, enjoyed my Mazdaspeed Protege, and wants me to give him my 8 since he gave me his 7. Whatever, he can keep his 7...I love the car, but I need back seats too...the 7 is so expensive for me to insure it just sits in my garage and goes out on the backroads on the weekend anyway.

My dad is a crazy driver too...especially on the cliffside roads. His first reaction to me modifying my car was, "why would you wanna do that?!" Then after some modification, "Wow! It looks really good!"
