lol true. it's fugged up though how **** just happens in slow motion while you're in the middle of it. when my old accord was totalled from slipping on black ice, that's what it seemed like too. weird.
like dvsdara a deer t-boned me too. it was midnight and I just wanted to get the hell home. It took like 30 seconds and maybe 2 blocks down the road before my friend said "what was that?". I was just hoping it was a garbage can that got blown into the side of the car or something (if I saw it in front of me on the road, I would have swerved too). Checked car, went back to point of contact, and there was the stupid deer along with the cops and the neighborhood.
Insurance deemed the deer 'unintelligent object', but they never said I was at fault either. A huge deductible and a few weeks later, I get my car back and I didn't notice that the paint didn't match but not by much... :doh: oh well. at least only the door was hit
good luck, I've heard that hitting a deer is like hitting a brick wall. My mom's coworker braked the car in time in front of a deer and the bastard jumped onto the hood and broke the windshield climbing over the car
