Rep Power: 0 If you are going to buy a truck or a mucsle car, buy a American brand GM or Ford . Ford trucks are quite simply the best trucks out there on the market . Remember just because its built in Japan, does not mean its the best . Americans are so easy to brain wash , I lived in japan for a year and the thought that a Cadillac was the best car in the world .

chevy is the best but hes not putting it as an option. my fathers friend only owns chevy pickups and he gets a new one like every 8 years. Damn things run forever!!
I personally would go with a GMC sierra though. Its very very nice!!!! same thing as chevy with better interior... leather tv's lol.

one thing the domestic market makes great need it be chevy ford or dodge is trucks. Domestic trucks are the best.
I would seriously test drive the silverado or sierra and the ford f150. They are good trucks and believe me you get more with them than any import.

Rep Power: 0 if you are considering the tundra you may also want to consider the very large and powerful for its price range dakota's with the 4.7 with a 5speed manual can be great fun or auto also they are about the same size as a full size truck with the power to boot
im just wondering if this is for a driving car or hauling stuff full size may not be what you necessarily want

Rep Power: 294 Get that Tacoma X runner, it has a new 4.0 240 hp engine, 6 speed with available TRD supercharger to bring it up to 300 hp! The 05 Tundras will have a boost in power from 240-282 from their 4.7 V-8! But then again the Titan has that 5.6 V-8 300 hp that can tow 9,000 Lbs and come's with a sprayed in bed liner and Bed rail system to keep your stuff from flying outta the back! The new Frontier will have a new 250 hp 4.0 V-6 with available 6 speed!

Rep Power: 320 Okay- since people keep giving me this "just cause its made in Japan, doest mean its good" crap on here for wanting an import full-size truck, but I have my reasons, and damn good ones at that.
Why I wont own a FORD- Want something with good re-sale value and will always be reliable. I am not downing these trucks, but I have owned many Fords, and once you get about 60k on them, everything possible goes wrong including stupid **** like your radio LED's going out and them wanting $500 to replace it. But that is just one problem I had, and a small problem out of what went wrong.
Why I wont buy a Silverado/Sierra- OLD technology. These trucks havent been updated in forever and its gotta be coming, Im not waiting for them to bring it out, nor am I going to buy a model that has been out for a long time.
Why I dont want a Dakotra or Ram- once again, Im wanting something reliable. Yes, I have known a couple happy Dodge truck owners, but the majority have serious issues and have the truck in the shop for problems quite often, and these are brand new trucks. I also do not like the Dakota's styling at all.
So please, before you hate and act like you know what your talking about how Fords rule or Chevy's rule, or whatever your opinion is, please be able to back it up like I am. I did not ask for opinions on those trucks, I simply said Titan or Tundra. Both are very capable trucks that can take on the domestics (which the Titan has proved very well and I havent met a dissatisfied Tundra owner yet...)

Rep Power: 0 if the tundra is as fun as my friends tacoma is it will be a fun truck to drive..... Titan has alot more brute force to it im not caring for the styling of it at all with the chessy accents and all but it does have full size power

i would just get what you want i love my R/T but its kinda plain at the moment so im getting ready to get the wings west body kit and a custom paint job.... basically get what you like better and then dont give a **** what everyone else says there are fanboys for each company and many dont look at the benifits that the others have over their favorite rides... many on this site are guilty of that towards the SRT-4 for example
