ok so i been waiting for my car to get to hawaii for a month so it finaly gets here i go to get it i do the check out i drive off i hit 1 small bump and i hear ssssssccccccccccrrrrrrraaaaappppppppppeeeeeeee so i get out and look and i find out that my whole exauhst has been ripped off the mounts and is hanging about 1 inch from the ground so i go back and iam like hey you guys damaged my car so i wait in line for an hour to get an inspector she comes out and says we are not resposible because your car is only about 2.5 off the ground it is supposed to be 6 in off the ground i waqs like you got it in good order and now it is damaged i whant it payed for and she was like no sorry cant do that and that was it sorry for the long post

that sucks. It use to happen to me a lot, but it was me ripping the exhaust off. Thats one of the reasons why I finally decided to get bags

So in order for your car to be covered, it has to be 6 inches off the ground??? WTF kinda rule is that! I bet most cars come from factory less than 6 inches off the ground. If I were you, I would look into their fine print and see where exactly that rule or whatever is located. I think she had a bowl of bullshit for breakfast.
even if that was a rule, why would they accept the car in the first place to be shipped? its commonsense that they should at least reject your car and let you know why they wont ship it..
if you have adjustable springs/coilovers, raise the car and go back their and tell them wsup. and ask them where does it say their not responsible for damaged cars 6inch lowered?
