We were at a light, I shifted first at only 5K, he was way behind, I was like WTF, then I heard the turbo spool up as he passed me and let off. 0-60 is pretty quick, but again, GAY....

Who cares is he owns all the cars in his sig? I know quite a few people that own more than that number of cars before they were even 20 so I know its quite possible.
And whats wrong with praising the SRT-4??? Its an amazing car, big displacement (for a 4 cylinder), factory turbo. Loads of potential, its the American 4G63
If you think what hes said is bad then goto srtforums.com and you'll be in for a suprise. The people over there claim the SRT-4 is the closest thing to gods chariot. Over there the SRT-4 can loose to nothing. Post a vid of a SRT4 getting beat by a civic and all you hear are excuses "He musta had $10,000 under his hood to hang with the SRT-4" or "The SRT4 must not have been trying". Hell they bash things that have nothign to do with the SRT-4. Someone posted a video of the speedometer of a turbo civic doing a 40-120 run in a matter of seconds. Despite hearing wind noise and a mean BOV, they all said it was on a dyno, and had broken gauges.

before I start, to answer a few questions:
1) how I got the money...first off I was diagnosed with severe hemophilia A at birth (a bleeding disorder affecting about 1% of Americans) and the doctor stupidly authorized a circumscision which almost lead to my death...my parents sued the man for a total of $2 million for almost seeing their infant bleed out. during 1985 hemophiliacs were still recieving direct blood transfusions (now we use recombinate factor, much safer because it is fabricated from hampster kidney cells)...direct blood transfusions can easily spread certain diseases...AIDS, Hepatitis, etc. Some jackass donated blood that I received and contracted Hepatitis C when I was an infant...we later tracked him down and a private investigator taped him admitting that he knew he had Hep C and donated anyway because they were offering money because he was poor...he later turned out to be some corporate CEO of some overseas shipping company in Oregon...my parents did not sue him for what reason I'll never understand, but last year a judge ruled that the statue of limitations was not up and since I was now 18 i could sue on my own behalf...I was awarded $10 million and change...most of those two totals went to paying off HUGE outstanding medical bills (I use 6000 units of factor a week, at $1.89 a unit, and insurance covers 80%, over 19 years, you do the math).
The acclaim was my first car, given to me for free from my dad as a beater. I picked up the probe for $800 because I wanted a manual. I worked since I was 16 to when I was 18 because the srt-4 is my dream car...much like my father's charger is the car he obsessed about when he was a kid...my dad saw how I ate, slept, and breathed srt-4 and how I was working my *** off to get it, and when he found out that it would be discontinued in 2005 he helped me live my dream and I got the car on a towtruck with zero miles still in factory plastic...my daddy is the bestest I paid a total of $9900 for it, my dad let me use some of the lawsuit money that we put in the bank to pay for the rest...he was the one with the insider contact at dodge who could get me it with 0 miles so I could break it in myself.
now I am going to school and working at a garage, which pays for most of my mods. I also know people and can get discount and sponsorships (small ones). all the work is free because we do it ourselves.
the trans am my dad and I just picked up as a project car...we got one for $2000 that was hit bad in the *** end and we found one at a junkyard for $200 that was similarly hit in the front...between the two we took them apart and are trying to repair the frame and fuse them into one car. this is one of the many, many project cars we have undertaken and we plan to make good profit on. I would say we've done a few dozen. profits like these went towards mods and the new bike (which I plan on selling soon anyway after seeing a good friend get hurt and realizing my love was cars, not bikes).
2) the pics...for now, I am not posting the bike...if I decide to keep it I will
I do not own a digital camera or scanner, these shots were all taken by other people...the srt4 and the acclaim pics were true photos scanned at shoprite on the kodak thingy to a disk...I tried two others but they came out really crappy...I'm sorry if these are bad quality too.
the srt4 pic is when I went down on vacation last year with my family as sort of a last tour for my mom who was dying of cancer at the time...I knew a guy who moved down there named Jimmy...he works at Igal Photography just off of I-95...he took that pic, he chose the location, etc. he does professional automotive beauty shots and supplied the little handrail type things to put around the car...I like the front-end shot better but I couldn't get the contrast right because I suk with technology
the acclaim shots...one is in the garage, it just got painted recently...in 1993 plymouth had a problem with their primer, the paint chips on most acclaims and similar cars of that year...we finally painted it the hood and roof were rusting...the first picture is my dad in the background working on the roof and that person in the front is me...picture taken by Jimmy's friend Mike who works at Igal Family Photography on route 18 northbound near the arthur street exit...Jimmy contacted Mike who does not normally do automotive shots and asked him a favor for me...the second acclaim pic is same photographer next day when it was finished at thompson park, a nice little place about 10 minutes still inside monroe, NJ
I have a couple more of the acclaim and the srt-4 but they were crappy and it was $8 just to do these three...
if anyone asks for under-hood shots, hell no. that's for me to know and you to find out when I hustle you at e-town
I realize that some people are just going to say "photochops" or "you got that off of cardomain"...to those people I just say I predicted your immature actions...this is all the proof I can offer, and all I am going to offer...if you really want to make it an issue stop by my house
all of those of you who wanted proof and you would retract your statements...I'm waiting....
but like I said a million times, I have a vic and a srt-4, and I like them both. I don't hate on or the other. stop being stupid and making this an srt4 vs civic thread.
as far as more pics, I am going to a friend's house tonight because julia has work late. I have the civic ready to go...I will take a pic with me in it, in my monroe shirt just like promised...I'll also take a part of the trans am with me so we can take a pic of that
before I start, to answer a few questions:
1) how I got the money...first off I was diagnosed with severe hemophilia A at birth (a bleeding disorder affecting about 1% of Americans) and the doctor stupidly authorized a circumscision which almost lead to my death...my parents sued the man for a total of $2 million for almost seeing their infant bleed out. during 1985 hemophiliacs were still recieving direct blood transfusions (now we use recombinate factor, much safer because it is fabricated from hampster kidney cells)...direct blood transfusions can easily spread certain diseases...AIDS, Hepatitis, etc. Some jackass donated blood that I received and contracted Hepatitis C when I was an infant...we later tracked him down and a private investigator taped him admitting that he knew he had Hep C and donated anyway because they were offering money because he was poor...he later turned out to be some corporate CEO of some overseas shipping company in Oregon...my parents did not sue him for what reason I'll never understand, but last year a judge ruled that the statue of limitations was not up and since I was now 18 i could sue on my own behalf...I was awarded $10 million and change...most of those two totals went to paying off HUGE outstanding medical bills (I use 6000 units of factor a week, at $1.89 a unit, and insurance covers 80%, over 19 years, you do the math).
The acclaim was my first car, given to me for free from my dad as a beater. I picked up the probe for $800 because I wanted a manual. I worked since I was 16 to when I was 18 because the srt-4 is my dream car...much like my father's charger is the car he obsessed about when he was a kid...my dad saw how I ate, slept, and breathed srt-4 and how I was working my *** off to get it, and when he found out that it would be discontinued in 2005 he helped me live my dream and I got the car on a towtruck with zero miles still in factory plastic...my daddy is the bestest
I paid a total of $9900 for it, my dad let me use some of the lawsuit money that we put in the bank to pay for the rest...he was the one with the insider contact at dodge who could get me it with 0 miles so I could break it in myself.now I am going to school and working at a garage, which pays for most of my mods. I also know people and can get discount and sponsorships (small ones). all the work is free because we do it ourselves.
the trans am my dad and I just picked up as a project car...we got one for $2000 that was hit bad in the *** end and we found one at a junkyard for $200 that was similarly hit in the front...between the two we took them apart and are trying to repair the frame and fuse them into one car. this is one of the many, many project cars we have undertaken and we plan to make good profit on. I would say we've done a few dozen. profits like these went towards mods and the new bike (which I plan on selling soon anyway after seeing a good friend get hurt and realizing my love was cars, not bikes).
2) the pics...for now, I am not posting the bike...if I decide to keep it I will
I do not own a digital camera or scanner, these shots were all taken by other people...the srt4 and the acclaim pics were true photos scanned at shoprite on the kodak thingy to a disk...I tried two others but they came out really crappy...I'm sorry if these are bad quality too.

oh, a side comment as I read some of these reply's
there are those who say
1. srt-4 is gay but fast

to the first kind of people, I say whatever, because I am one of you...frankly, I think the EVO is one of the most rice pieces of crap on earth...but I respect the crap out of it because it can move like craaaazy...
to the second kind of people, your refusal to respect other people's cars just makes you stupid and ignorant and makes you less intelligent than the first kind of people...I don't care if a rusted out chevy astrovan knocks my doors off, because although I may not like it, I RESPECT it's speed
a second side note, the people on srtforums do think it's the fastest ****ing thing on earth...which is why I left srtforums, also because they are whining little bitches...there are like two people on there who have decently modified cars...all of us who have dropped serious money into an srt-4 are on other forums because they are gay

another side comment...to all of those of you telling me not to talk about anything other than my 7thgen civic (you even questioned if I have one, which I will prove shortly)...bite me...this forum is "general auto ramblings"...to me that means I can talk about anything classified as an automobile
if you can get a moderator on here to say that I'm not allowed to discuss anything other than my 7thgen, then I will decide whether I am going to listen to that order or to leave this forum
to all those who defended me, either by saying I do not need proof of what I have in my sig or those who said I should be able to talk about what I please...thank you. it's nice to know that someone's on your side after these three dopes got on the bash bandwagon
ps...like someone said here once, many many people have owned way more cars than what's in their sigs...if my automotive tech teacher posted here and listed all his cars, it would total 115 cars and light trucks and 3 motorcycles...and he has pictures of each to prove it...many many people own way more cars than they post in their sigs, including me...I try to list only what I currently own...if I listed all those projects that I technically owned for a few weeks or months...lol I'd get carpal tunnel syndrome typing...and I'm sure there are a lot of others here in the same situation
