Sport compact mag is retarded... They took a brand new STI and repainted it with 22 cans of flat black paint in a garage. 
but then again, its a DIY any retard can do flawlessly.
first of all you can hardly was a flat finish so it looks halfway decent.

Rep Power: 0 i saw it when i was bored and walking around in safeway. i like the way it looks, it looks stealth. i bet it can deflect radar guns. the only problem is keeping it look clean, a truck in my city did that and it looks hella crappy after a while because scratches and other things. you'll need to repaint after every little ding.

I agree it looks better without the wing, but argh! It's ugly flat black! What kinda look is that anyways! Looks almost like the guys you see driving around with their car primered. I subscribe to Sport compact car and felt kinda jipted when i saw this. It was very sad. I think they tried to go for like a monster garage project, (doing stuff within a given time period) but i'm sure some of the guys kinda scratched their heads afterward and went like this-->

Rep Power: 302 It's Krylon and I think it looks pretty cool! But it was a ****ing EASY DIY and I guess they managed to drop a can of paint on the hood or something. I have this zine and I read 3/4 of this article..
All in all, I thought the finished products was yummy.. Gold rims and Krylon paint.
EDIT: Also, alot of you are taking it quite badly.. It's not like they had a week to fill the engine bay with human fecies. It's just paint! They can probably just turn around a repaint it whenever they want! It's not the end of the car!

Rep Power: 0 I like the flat black look on certain cars. It makes the car look badass. Like an old, loudass, hot rod or muscle car. that would look sweet. I would do it if I had to money to get it done, and undo it if it didnt turn out right.

Rep Power: 0 im the current on and off intern of SCC. scott did that for that reason, old school bad ***. and the only way you can tell its an STi is by the exhaust tip and the pink "i" emblem in the grille. ive driven that car and i felt sooo bad *** in it..
