1993 lexus sc300 help

my friend just got a 1993 lexus sc300. he wants to add a subtle kit and projector headlights if they make them.

heres a pic of the kit he is planning on getting.

are there any forums specific for the car? or any good webpages to order the kit from??

the reason why he wants a kit is because the front OEM bumper is chipped and cracked. figured it would be better just to get a full kit.

the car is on 20's by the way
