I used to do a lot of sliding with my stock tires in the rain but after getting 18" Nittos I'm trying to get all the life i can out of them.
Still, it's fun stuff.

is it still powersliding when you can do that without pulling the e-brake?
I can powerslide corners when i take them at very high speeds.its controlled too. my back end just brakes loose.
also man thats a good way to get flat spots on your tires.....dont want a bumpy ride

from the extent of my knowledge prower sliding basically is when your car slides due to factors (1) sudden braking, (2) rear-end sliding out.
during a drift, you must shift the wieght properly and maintain speeds whereas when you power slide, its only a short lived slide

Upon watching the video again - my tires gripped too much. It should get more sideways than it did... maybe it was the smooth asphalt I started the slide on... But I couldn't countersteer more than the car was letting me... it only gives so much in a momentum slide. I wanted to get it further out.. but it would have gripped suddenly and hockey-checked my cameraman. LOL
