Rep Power: 308 interesting thread. I like sevenplaces definition but everyone has a different definition for rice so it all depends on your liking. For example, some say aluminum wings are rice and other say it's not depending on what car it's on and stuff...it's all relative.

Ok, how about 20" rims on a rusted out Chrysler or Chevy where the rims cost three times more than the whole car... (I call those "In Da-Hood Specials")
Or, large wings on that back of sub-compact cars like a Neon. Almost looks like they want to take the car to the local runway...
And, bumper stickers and NASCAR numbers/junk all over the damn place...
Oh yea, how bout' these little geeks who lay back in their seats where you can almost see the very tips of their heads while they have some cheap &ss sub which is all distorted blasting right next to you at a redlight as they bob their heads up and down sucking on a toothpick...
I could go on and on... I see all sights out there. Mostly it's young kids trying to act cool in their first ride that daddy bought off some used-car lot for $1000 while they work at McDonalds and spit in our food so they can buy their neons and hood scoops and their mini-bike sounding mufflers which you can hear a mile a way.... Some people's kids...
