If your on a limited budget,,,,I would say save your money. All of those items won't do crap for a honda except for making it look better, if that. I gave up on all that crap, and i think it's a waste of money. Just my opinion though.

$200 doesn't get you a lot I'm afraid, BUT here's my take on it:

It will get you a BC front upper grille ($180 plus shipping) but you have to get it painted.
It will get you an axleback exhaust - all sound, no performance...I have it, looks and sounds good, but realize it's all for looks and sound. Frankly most exhausts don't get you much anyway on a D17 motor.
It will get you a generic intake with some loot to spare
It will get you a front upper strut bar and a used 19mm RSX rear sway bar with bushings.
It will get you a DC5-R 22mm rear sway bar with bushings...add a few more bucks for Grey's endlinks though - you WILL snap your stock ones
It will get you a decent set of used Neuspeed or Goldline springs (H&R is too soft for the EL rear and will sag)
It will get you a decent used header
It will get you a decent CD/mp3 deck
It will get you a decent set of used component speakers with crossovers
It will get you a set of pedals and a shift ****, with enough for a nice shift boot too (assuming you drive a 5-speed)
It will get you a good tint job
It will get you a used decent brand (small) sub and amp combo
It will get you enough supplies to paint your interior components (and pay for someone's services to paint them)
It will get you a center console LED mod (tee hee)
It will get you an aftermarket gauge and a pod/gauge cup to hold it in
It will get you underbody neons
It will get you a front lip/rear lip/used side skirts (painting extra)

It depends what you want to do really. IMHO you shouldn't look at it like "I have this much money, what can I buy for my car". That kind of thinking leaves cars riced out with no theme or direction for modification. I speak from horrible horrible experience. Try to look at it as "What do I really really really want for this car, and how much more do I have to add to this $200 to make it happen?" You'll find yourself saving that money even more, then one day BLAMMO, something really fun like a full molded body kit, big system, big rims and tires, turbo/swap, the list goes on. Like everyone says, you gotta pay to play in the import tuning/modding world.

OK that all said, I'd personally grab a set of used springs (save money for aftermarket shocks in the near future) or the tie bar/sway bar combo - the former will improve appearance and handling and with the latter you'll feel the difference right away in improved handling and chassis stiffness. Failing that, some audio system upgrades may also be nice.

Not bad. You'll feel the difference as soon as you put it on, I guarantee. Generally most people don't push their cars hard enough to tell the difference between a brand name (ie Neuspeed) and a generic (ie Vibrant) strut bar too. Keep in mind though no cold air intake will fit well with a generic strut bar. Only the DC Sports and Neuspeed bars clear intake piping.
I had a rear upper strut bar which I was forced to sell because the rear mounting bolts on my Hayames weren't long enough to put the strut bar mounting brackets then the nuts back on. Boo-urns. May buy another one soon and take a chance.

And now off to bed.

I think all the RSX bars except the DC5R are 19mm.
I recommend upgrading endlinks, cause the stock EL ones are crap to remove and you might damage them removing. Talk to Grey, he makes a wicked set.

Do it. One of the best mods I've gotten for my suspension.

They're made for our cars specifically, although they will also fit DC and EP chassis (RSX and SiR respective).

If you one day feel that your handling isn't where it should be, take that strut bar off and drive around for a day. You'll come running back and telling it "Let's never be apart again".

Just back the car onto the driveway, pop the hood, and go back inside, LOL.

Just kidding, don't do that. Not that it matters much anyway, our engine bay is so wide open driving in the rain, water gets in the wheelwells right up to the hood liner.

I don't really see any way or need to fix the problem. I've been driving around with a cold air intake and various electrical implements in the engine bay, and no problems with any of them.
