Question Has anyone driven a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) car?

Anyone driven one of these before? Saw a CNG sticker on the back of a Dodge Caravan and was wondering how they drove.

Don't just about all taxis run on propane now? I figure if taxi drivers use propane, then it must be okay.

I though Honda offers a 7th gen sedan that run on compressed gas, it came with a mini gas compressor that you hook up to your gas line at home. I'm pretty sure Caltran office in Irvine has a few of those for their employees.
